Do you have a recipe for a plain chess pie? Is it a custard pie only with cornnmeal added?
Do you happen to have an icebox version of your Orange pie? Maybe with a whipped cream topping?
You can bake it without the meringue (I would cover it in foil) and then let it cool completely before adding whipped cream. YUM!!
