Yummm!!!
Next Month I am going to sit down and write down all I need to make all 35 recipes which will be way to much for my daughter and and I so i will freeze the leftovers for the next month and probably the next so I am hoping to get 3 months out of one month of shopping. I just think it will be interesting. I plan on keeping track of the cost (if my old DUHHHHH mind will work well enough to do so) and use what I already have as well. I just think it will be a fun yummy experiment. Up front though I do plan on using 1/2 pound of meat either turkey or beef whichever is the cheapest. Maybe even substitute a can of tuna in some of the casseroles for cost reasons. Can’t wait to get started. Gotta make me a spread sheet.
Oh WOW!!! What a great idea Marsha!!! I can’t wait to hear the results! Please make sure to come back and let me know how it goes!!
