14 Favorite Muffin Recipes!
Hey friends! School is back in session and slow summer mornings are behind us so I’m sharing some great muffin recipes to start your morning off with a bit of deliciousness. I hope you find some new favorites and are reminded of some old friends as well!
Fresh Strawberry Muffins
These have been a runaway hit on the blog ever since I posted the recipe back in March!
Any Kind Any Time Muffins
These are my all time favorite because you mix up the batter ahead of time (A hearty batter of oatmeal and buttermilk!) and then add in whatever ingredients you want just before baking. You can make as few as one or as many as a few dozen at a time!
Double Chocolate Chip Muffins
A dear favorite of my sweet little Katy Rose!
Pecan Pie Muffins
A classic Southern muffin that everyone loves!
Monkey Bread Muffins
If you’ve never had delicious, warm monkey bread, this recipe should have you running to the kitchen! You may already have all of the ingredients, too!
Dried Apricot Muffins
One of my mother’s friends introduced these muffins to us when she brought a basket of them to Mama. We’ve loved theme ever since.
Apple Bran Muffins (So quick and easy!)
I LOVE apple bran muffins – especially when they are as easy and delicious as these.
Easy Sweet Potato Muffins
Anything sweet potato has my name written all over it. This shortcut recipe is positively decadent.
French Puffs
Mama made these more times than I can count growing up. They are just a wonderful muffin that is perfectly suited for any occasion.
From Scratch Bran Muffins
There is nothing like a good old fashioned from-scratch bran muffin. These have raisins in them but you can add whatever you like best.
Apple Spice Muffins
These are the muffins I usually make on the first day of school to take to teachers as welcome back gifts! Always a favorite wherever I take them.
Baking Mix Blueberry Muffins
Bluuuuuueeeeberrrry!
Peach Cobbler Muffins
All the goodness of juicy peach cobbler in muffin form 🙂
Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Two ingredient muffins. How can you not love that?

“When you wake up in the morning, Pooh,” said Piglet at last,
“what’s the first thing you say to yourself?”
“What’s for breakfast?” said Pooh. “What do you say, Piglet?”
“I say, I wonder what’s going to happen exciting today?” said Piglet.
Pooh nodded thoughtfully. “It’s the same thing,” he said.”

Can I use the same recipe for chocolate chip muffins as I did with the blueberry muffins?
Sure can!
The “Anytime Any Kind” oatmeal muffins are absolutely wonderful!! The batter stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to a month! That helps when you only need to make a few!! Or, bake them up and then freeze them!! But it is a great recipe because you can be creative with it and add whatever you like!!!
I am so glad you like the recipe Amy, it is one of my favorites!!
