Sometimes you need a healthy but scrumptious snack recipe in your life and this frozen yogurt bark ticks all the boxes. It’s so simple and quick and easy to make, plus it makes the perfect after-school snack or summer dessert. We love a versatile recipe, don’t we?

Your yogurt bark is made with a delicious combination of Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey (or maple syrup), with a pinch of salt and fresh lemon juice. All you have to do is combine these ingredients, spread the mixture onto a baking sheet, and add the toppings of your choice. I’ve gone with fresh berries and nuts, but you can add whatever you like. I’ve included some more options below! Then all you have to do is set it in the freezer for a few hours before digging in.

One of the best parts (other than the fact it tastes SO good) is that you can store leftovers in the freezer. Your whole family is guaranteed to love this frozen yogurt bark recipe as much as you!

Store leftovers in a freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months (but we all know they won’t last that long). I leave mine on the kitchen bench for about 5 minutes before eating.
