Answering Your Questions Part 2 (video)
I had such great response to my call for questions two weeks ago that I had to do a second video to get them all answered. Thank you to everyone who emailed the special address I sent out to email subscribers, it was great hearing from you! Stay tuned because I’ll send out another call for questions and a link to that email address again soon! In this video I explain why I don’t make that email address public – to keep it free from spam and make it easier for me to actually see each email sent. I hope you find time to sit down for a little chat today and I hope the information contained in this video proves helpful.
Have a great day!

Subscribe by email by filling out any of the subscribe boxes featured on this page (one is in red below). Email is the absolute best way to make sure you get my updates and recipes. Facebook is the least reliable as it shows my updates to less than 1% of folks there so I am beginning to cater more to my email subscribers since I know they get what I send.
I also enjoy Crystal Lite. I mix the 2 quart size packet into a gallon of water. The packet says it will make 2 quarts but I find that adding the packet to a gallon of water does not affect the taste. It also saves me money.
When you said, “I drink to keep from eating” you put a smile on my face and some laughter in my heart! That statement certainly resonated with me. My husband always picks on me for being the only person he knows who is getting excited about tomorrow’s supper just as soon as I finish tonight’s supper. If I didn’t have any self-control, I’d be as big as the broad side of a barn too!
Lol
Christy,
I loved your video today. You are such a down -to- earth person. I think you should post a blog on the effect of being positive. You seem to be so positive. You personify the saying of when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. I was an elementary teacher for 34 years and strangely enough, I learned more from those students about being positive than I have learned from anything else. They had a way of “teaching” me the importance of being positive.
I did not hear you respond to my comment and question that I made in response to your first call for questions.
You are a great inspiration!!!
Have a good week and God bless.
Hey JoAnn! I didn’t respond to yours since it was a scheduling question. I will email you this week about it :). Was there another question I missed? Would you like me to read your email in my next video? I started to, that first part was very touching and you were right about what I would do!
Thanks Christy! I really enjoy how down to earth and real you keep your posts and videos. Your effort to be deliberately encouraging is wonderful and appreciated! Keep up the good work!
Hi Christy,
I am just watching your second video and am enjoying it so much.
I wanted to tell you how much I love your scalloped potato recipe. I love scalloped potatoes but have never been able to make them taste good. Not like my mom used to make. So now I have a new recipe thanks to you.
I love all your posts you send me. Please keep them coming.
hugs,
Joan Abbott

I could never find bought Pear Preserves that tasted like my Grandmothers but these are exactly like hers!! Not only delicious taste but wonderful memories!!! Thank you for sharing your family and love with us!!
I really appreciate all the time you put in on this blog. Your videos are very informative and helpful when I’m venturing into “uncharted waters.” Thanks for all you do. You are a blessing!
Thank you so much, Pamela, that means a lot to me!!
Gratefully,
CJ
