Frozen Yogurt Bark
Featuring honey-sweetened Greek yogurt and bursting with fresh berries, this healthy and delicious frozen yogurt bark recipe is the perfect easy-to-make snack or dessert.
Sometimes you need a healthy but scrumptious snack recipe in your life and this frozen yogurt bark ticks all the boxes. It’s so simple and quick and easy to make, plus it makes the perfect after-school snack or summer dessert. We love a versatile recipe, don’t we?
Your yogurt bark is made with a delicious combination of Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey (or maple syrup), with a pinch of salt and fresh lemon juice. All you have to do is combine these ingredients, spread the mixture onto a baking sheet, and add the toppings of your choice. I’ve gone with fresh berries and nuts, but you can add whatever you like. I’ve included some more options below! Then all you have to do is set it in the freezer for a few hours before digging in.
One of the best parts (other than the fact it tastes SO good) is that you can store leftovers in the freezer. Your whole family is guaranteed to love this frozen yogurt bark recipe as much as you!

How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bark
Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Set it to the side.
In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt together until all combined real good. I typically use a whisk.
This is what it should look like once combined.
Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet you prepared.
Spread it around evenly using a spatula.
Top the yogurt mixture with the berries of your choice. I’ve opted for blueberries, sliced strawberries, and raspberries.
Then you can also spread nuts over the top, but this is totally optional. You can use any nuts you like (such as chopped pecans or walnuts), but I’ve opted for sliced almonds.
Put your yogurt bark into the freezer for 2 to 3 hours, or until firm.
Cut pieces to the size that you like and serve.
Store in the freezer if there’s any left.
Enjoy!
Storage
Store leftovers in a freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months (but we all know they won’t last that long). I leave mine on the kitchen bench for about 5 minutes before eating.
Recipe Notes
- Here are some fun topping ideas for your frozen yogurt bark:
- Strawberries with chocolate chips and coconut flakes.
- Dried fruit and nuts, like pistachios and dried cranberries.
- Granola
- Drizzled with melted chocolate chips or peanut butter.
- Peanut butter chips
- Different fresh fruit, like mango, banana slices, or kiwi fruit.
- To make this yogurt bark vegan, you’ll need to use dairy-free yogurt and maple syrup rather than honey.
- While I prefer fresh fruit, you can use frozen fruit if you like.
