Sometimes you need a sorta healthy but scrumptious snack recipe to enjoy during the fall season to compensate for the impending candy overload! Fortunately, this easy Halloween bark made with frozen yogurt ticks all the boxes. Yep, we’re making Halloween yogurt bark instead of Halloween candy bark, which is typically made with either almond bark or melted bittersweet chocolate. This is a Halloween spin on my original frozen yogurt bark recipe that’s so simple, quick, and easy to make.
The frozen yogurt bark is made with a delicious combination of Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey (or maple syrup), with a pinch of salt and fresh lemon juice. All you have to do is combine these ingredients, spread the mixture onto a baking sheet, and add the toppings of your choice.
I went a little bit crazy when it came to Halloween candy and added lots of fun things, like candy corn, chocolate-coated pretzels, Oreos, licorice, sprinkles, and Reese’s pieces. How to Make Halloween Bark With Yogurt
Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Set it to the side.
In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt until all combined really well.
I typically use a whisk.
This is what it should look like once combined.
Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Spread it around evenly using a spatula.
Top the yogurt mixture with whatever your heart desires. Whether that’s spiders made with a mini Oreo body and licorice legs…

Store leftovers in a freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months (but we all know they won’t last that long). I leave mine on the kitchen bench for about 5 minutes before eating.
