  1. My favorite recipe is actually my “little guy’s” recipe. Actually, he is four legged. I do not have any children, only nieces and nephews, so I must totally impress my four legged child. So, I like to make him the dog version of sugar cookies. They consist of 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 1/2 cups water, 1 tablespoon oil, and 2 1/4 cups whole wheat floor. Mix that all together and then roll out like sugar cookies and use my cookie cutters to make beautiful stars, trees and bones for the little guy. All the while he patiently watches to make sure I am doing this task appropriately. They are a good healthy tree and he certainly loves them — he even allows me to share the goodies with his other four legged friends. He just doesn’t know how much I share …LOL. For those who have children and a pet, this is the perfect recipe. It takes less than 5 min. to make the dough, then roll it out, and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min. depending on the oven. Makes a great gift too! I like to call it “The Stash by Mr. Nash.” Happy Holidays everyone!!!

  2. My family loves my holiday fudge. I have yet to find my favorite recipe so they get to help me make, and eat, several different batches!

  3. My favorite and easiest thing to make and most requested thing is “Crock Pot Candy”. It is so easy: Layer in order listed below.
1 jar salted dry roasted peanuts
1 jar unsalted dry roasted peanuts
    1 pkg. (bar) German Chocolate
1 – 12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate morsels
    1 & 1/2 lb. white chocolate bark

Cook on low for 2 hours without stirring. When time is up, dip into clusters on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. I chill in refrigerator until firm. Then just put in cookie tins and keep at room temperature. A batch will make four cookie sheets of cluster. So good!
