As a busy mom of 3 I always need quick fixes!!
my quick fix is 1lb of ground beef w/ a jar of sauce over any pasta in the pantry and you have pasta w/ meat sauce.
Ground beef is my go to ingredient.
Quick fix is usually quickly thawing hot dogs and asking hubby to grill them quickly!
Love your book! Best of luck to you!
My go-to meal is anything that I would cook for breakfast! Eggs, bacon, waffles!
I always keep canned cooked chicken breast and canned oranges. I can whip up a quick, yummy chicken salad that even my son will eat. Canned chicken can be kinda bland and the oranges give it a nice little pick up.
