  1. With picky eaters, our quick fixes are Macaroni and Cheese for one, and Mashed Potatoes for the other. For myself, usually teryaki and chicken. But mostly its Hamburger Helper, Asian Helper is really good too.

  2. The quick meal that I use the most is a salad and spaghetti. It’s quick, easy, and doesn’t make much of a mess to clean-up later. Also, it’s one of my son’s favorite meals.

  3. Happy Mothers Day, Christy! I love Southern Plate. And I love the Southern Plate Family. Thanks for letting me share in the goodness. Hugs!!

  4. My quick fix is spaghetti. Before the storm, I had meat already cooked and ready to go in. I used canned sauce with meat and mushrooms added. While that is heating, I cook my noodles in my microwave with the pasta boat. (I love this because no boil over and is always just right.)
