  7. This was my first time hearing your voice, and I was like… ??? For some reason, I thought you would have a “thick” “Southern drawl”.. Like Paula, but you sound like your one of us up here in Minnesota… LOL I am pleased to be one of your 15 MILLION fans! I also want one of those cookies!

    PS… I was just diagnosed with diabetes… :-(…. so I am going to ask you to post some desserts that I and others can have. Is there such a thing as a diabetic lemon meringue pie, which is my favorite pie?

      My accent is something I hear about a lot. Folks either think I am too Southern or not Southern enough. I think I just sound like Christy so thats what I aim for (and I usually get my target!). I’ve noticed it changes some when I’m tired, or excited, or in a hurry. It also tends to be thicker when I do tv, which is not something I intend but happens.
