I just recently found you while doing a recipe search. And what a wonderful find it was for a Southern girl stuck up in cold New England! I have spent numerous hours lately looking through the recipes. Although I have to admit it made me a little sad thinking of all the good foods that were so readily available to me down South that I can not find up here 🙁
We went to the Elks Club here last weekend for a Southern Rock Band concert and southern buffet. I was anxious to see what they thought Southern food was…..trust me, they did not really know. My husband may have to join the Elks just so next time I can cook for them!
