Christy, I do love your recipes! Have to tell you that I thought at first that you were saying “lemonator” and just couldn’t imagine what kind of gadget that must be. When it became obvious you were saying “laminator”, I got tickled, perhaps even at myself, for hearing it this way. I am *still* smiling! Maybe a “lemonator” could become a useful smile tool. :))))

Excited to learn you have a new cookbook coming out in the fall! I went to one of your signings and gave your second book as Christmas presents that year. They were a great hit. It is so good to know I can do it again for Christmas 2016. I plan to definitely make it to one of your cooking classes also this year also. I hope you always know your hard work is appreciated by others like me!

Looking forward to your new cookbook. I have used both of your other two so much they are dog eared. Just this week I made your beef patties with ketchup gravy. Yum!
